Excellent customer service is our most important goal and a quality product/installation. To this end, we return calls within hours (not days), we will usually provide measure within 24 hours and guarantee your estimate will be ready in hours, not days. If we are running late or early, you will get a call. We try to schedule installations with a 1 or 2 day lead time after your materials are ready. We are dressed appropriately and leave your site cleaner than when we arrived.
Our warranty is for general guidelines only. We will stand behind our products/installation against manufacturer/installation defects. We exclude homeowner abuse.
